- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wait time for Minty has gotten ridiculous. The last 2 times I have waited over 2 hrs. I had already found another primary Dr due to the fact that he wasn’t very accurate at diagnosing illnesses instead just giving me amoxicillan but I continued to see him for prescription refills. After my 2nd 2 hr wait he told me that next time I could just call and they would send in a refill. Well his office personnel insisted that he wouldn’t and I asked her very politely to ask him since I knew he had told me that he would to make up for my inconvenience. A few days later I got a letter in the mail stating that I needed to find another Dr. No biggie since I already had but the utter lack of professionalism and the lying aggravated me. Monty is very friendly but that doesn’t make up for the wait times or the lack of accurate diagnosis.November 19, 2017by Rebecca Perkins
